Gabriele Spalluto is a Swiss photographer, videomaker and dj (known as Monsieur G).
In his practice, which combines photography, video art and installations, his main research focus is on (non)places. The relationship between space, built space and people is of interest and is investigated by the artist with a conceptual and aesthetic approach that is often translated into long-term projects. His first book “Hic Sunt Leones” was published in 2024 by Artphilein Editions.
Gabriele Spalluto is one of the co-founder and co-curator of Associazione +41* and is also actively teaching.
